About The Position
C&A Tool, a leading Advanced Manufacturer since 1969 of precision products for the Automotive, Aerospace, Fuel Systems, industrial and Medical Device markets, is currently seeking qualified candidates. Operating three manufacturing facilities in Northeast Indiana (Auburn/Churubusco) and employing nearly 600 skilled workers, we are an integral part of a larger global manufacturing conglomerate, MinebeaMitsumi. This role involves critical thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to multi-task at a high level. While working alongside Project Managers, you will be creating process flows and schedules. You must have attention to detail and be able to perform data entry. Demonstrated excellent time-management skills and good communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with customers/visitors and internal staff. You will also assist with various shipping functions (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook).
