About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support for order processing and documentation. The role focuses on data entry, scanning, filing, and preparing documents for review. You will work closely with your supervisor and support both the purchasing and production teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong typing and computer skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably after training.
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks and handling high-volume paperwork.
  • Experience with an ERP system is preferred, specifically Sage 100, though willingness to learn is acceptable.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior basic administrative or data entry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Enter sales orders into the ERP system (Sage 100).
  • Prepare and scan contract review documents.
  • Send order confirmations to customers.
  • Organize and file purchase orders, packing certificates, and invoices.
  • Maintain logs and type documents accurately.
  • Support document flow for purchasing and accounts payable processes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing.
