Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, professional services, or a client-facing environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing requests
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

  • Corient will require proof of work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Partner, Wealth Advisors
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling client meetings, internal meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up items
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide backup front desk coverage as needed to ensure a seamless client experience, including warmly greeting clients and visitors, answering phones, and routing inquiries appropriately.
  • Coordinate client meetings, events, and firm-hosted activities
  • Assist with event logistics, including venue booking, catering, invitations, and RSVPs
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the Partner, advisors, and internal teams
  • Assist with workflow coordination and tracking of tasks and deadlines
  • Support compliance-related administrative processes (e.g., document tracking, recordkeeping)
