Professional Service Industries, Inc. (Intertek-PSI) is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our Building & Construction team in our Kennesaw, Georgia office. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an Administrative role
  • Experience assisting with front of house business operations
  • Must be able to be onsite on short notice, including the night shifts as needed
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames

Responsibilities

  • Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office Software.
  • Perform various general office duties including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.
  • Assisting with end-of-the-month billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Invoice payments
  • May assist with developing, updating and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/ or work instructions
