About The Position

Building a great career never tasted so good! We are currently seeking a qualified individual who is looking to gain industry knowledge and experience for the National Sales Administrative Assistant position, joining our team in Nottingham, PA! This position is full-time benefit eligible.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite intermediate to advanced experience required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience with accruals, deductions and commissions related to sales.
  • Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management and excellent organization skills.
  • Any other clerical duties as requested for variety of meetings, presentations and appointments.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365, Retail Link, or Workbench software, Microsoft Power BI and Silvon software (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Associate VP of Partner Brands for National Sales by performing the clerical and administrative functions related to specific National Sales accounts.
  • Prepare routine and/or specially requested computer-generated reports/presentations for Executive level presentations.
  • Assist the National Sales Managers and department staff with routine and/or specially requested clerical needs as needed.
  • Track sales produced through accounts where brokers are utilized.
  • Calculate the monthly commission payouts.
  • Calculate monthly accruals necessary for specific accounts.
  • Review and allocate all deductions and or fines related to assigned specific accounts.
  • Prepare additional internal documents related to sales assisted by brokers as needed or requested.
  • Complete all relevant sales-related paperwork for specific National Sales customer accounts.
  • Regular and professional interaction with the Warehouse, Accounting, IT, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain departments, as a resource for department needs.
  • Track and document gross sales for each incoming purchase order to reflect real time to regularly update Associate VP, Partner Brands.
  • Reconcile all National Sales shipments for assigned accounts with invoiced amounts.
  • Manage hard-copy and computer-generated files to reflect real time accuracy.
