La-Z-Boy is hiring one extraordinary team member to support our store as a Administrative Assistant. You will work alongside the Manager, Sales Associates, and Designers as a team to provide our customers with an exceptional experience by answering calls, resolving customer concerns and keeping the showroom customer-ready.   • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior Administrative or Customer Service or related experience
  • Professional dress and appearance

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers, sales and design staff and store management in the operations relating to the customer buying experience and the routine maintenance of the store.
  • Answer calls.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Keep the showroom customer-ready.
  • Understand and execute LZB policies and procedures and communicate this properly to customers.
  • Utilize computer to input comments and answer questions regarding order status, account balance, and inventory availability.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette, take detailed phone messages and return calls same day.
