About The Position

The Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Contracts and Compliance and provides administrative support for Legal and Contracts team and other cross-functional teams throughout Pellera. This role also helps to coordinate with external parties such as Pellera’s customers, suppliers and other third parties as needed. This role will work onsite at our datacenter location in Lexington, KY.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, from initiation, review, renewal, change orders, addenda, amendments, and other associated documentation.
  • Working knowledge of standard contract provisions.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma with some college preferred.
  • Experience in contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Processing mail, including scanning and distributing.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for data center visitors, ensuring credentials are in order and that guests have proper authorization.
  • Supporting SOC compliance obligations by facilitating security protocol for the Lexington Data Center.
  • Participating in corporate projects that require additional administrative bandwidth as directed.
  • Facilitating security questionnaires by pulling documents to assist with completing the document (i.e., agreements, policies, compliance documentation, etc.).
  • Assisting the Legal Team with various research projects and tasks.
  • Maintaining an updated list of corporate and subsidiary officers and directors.
  • Assisting with the review, drafting, and filing of state-specific registration and reporting regulatory filings.
  • Performing research in applicable Contracts database (Sharepoint and/or Salesforce) - reviewing contract language to identify specific key clauses (e.g., pay terms, non-solicitation, confidentiality, non-compete, liquidated damages, annual renewals) for litigation, compliance, and tracking purposes.
  • Digitally filing completed documents into the applicable Central Contracts Repository.
