The assistant will proofread documents for accuracy, edit for correctness, and facilitate document completion by addressing problems or questions with originators. Additionally, the position requires developing new operator and machine/desktop publishing applications, testing software for routine and special projects, and providing appropriate documentation of departmental procedures.
