Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional administrative support experience, preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel; skills tests will be coordinated).
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to generate professional written correspondence.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience such as a GED; college education is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage electronic databases and paper files, ensuring flawless entry, updating, and distribution of documents.
  • Prioritize and coordinate meetings and events, keeping appointment calendars up to date.
  • Build and circulate business correspondence, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Answer telephone calls, provide information, take messages, and direct calls to relevant individuals.
