Requirements

  • Three or more years’ experience of providing administrative support at a high level required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Requires strong knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, company policies/procedures and governmental regulations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Functions Regular attendance at work and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects exercising diplomacy and tact.
  • Perform clerical work to include scheduling appointments, tracking visit statuses, controlling and accounting for all visitors on site and typing routine correspondence.
  • Answer by telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
  • Use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, and file cabinets.
  • Maintain appropriate levels and monitor office supplies, equipment and other materials.
  • Conduct research, collect and distribute information/documents.
  • May handle Company proprietary data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • In support of Craft 24A- Mechanics: Duties will include completion of daily force reports.
  • Submit daily work assignments for the craft.
  • Order / receive parts, Fill out requisitions.
  • Maintain equipment deficiency list.
  • Log services, maintain hours for service.
  • Submit fuel logs/ order fuel and other supplies.
  • Must have computer skills.
