Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • High level of computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of administrative or similar experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to office staff and leadership team
  • Manage and organize data, reports, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Utilize Excel and other software to track, analyze, and maintain company records
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office operations
  • Handle incoming communications and route information appropriately
  • Support various departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
