About The Position

Replit is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to 2-3 VP-level leaders. This role is designed for an individual who excels at creating structure, maintaining team organization, and enabling leaders to concentrate on their most impactful tasks. The responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel logistics, organizing team events, and addressing daily organizational needs. Key attributes for success include meticulous attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, office management, or operations role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar productivity tools.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting leaders or teams in a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience coordinating events, offsites, or team meetings.
  • Comfortable creating presentations, documents, and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for VP-level leaders, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Process expense reports and support other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help leaders stay organized by tracking action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate team meetings, offsites, and other team events.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and notes when needed.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members.
  • Support quarterly planning sessions, team reviews, and other recurring team operating rhythms.
  • Maintain documentation, team resources, and organizational systems.
  • Help improve administrative processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Partner with other Administrative Assistants, Executive Assistants, and cross-functional teams to coordinate work and solve problems.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for scheduling and coordination needs.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, candidates, customers, and external partners.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organization and contribute to a positive team experience.
