About The Position

We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join Kraft Heinz and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic team in a flexible, part-time role. You’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant to deliver top-notch administrative support that keeps our operations on track.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to handle administrative tasks in a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Solid working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Comfortable collaborating within a team and supporting multiple priorities under direction.
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support under the direction of the Executive Assistant.
  • Arrange travel bookings as needed.
  • Manage and complete expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Handle basic scheduling of meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating logistics.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Perform data entry, maintain organized filing systems, and keep internal records up to date.
  • Assist in internal communications and general team coordination if required.
  • Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned.
