Responsibilities

  • Assist all incoming customers and applicants
  • Sort and distribute office mail
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Oversee company bus delivery/pick-up drivers
  • Plan daily delivery schedule and communicate with all departments to ensure bus is completed for delivery
  • Track driver logs and maintain all driver files
  • Track and coordinate all new and used bus delivery dates, safety inspections, customer paperwork, etc.
  • Update system as needed with bus delivery information
  • Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and other duties associated with drivers
  • Schedule testing and handle paperwork for all new employees
  • Other duties as assigned
