About The Position

This role will support partners and team members with various day-to-day administrative duties. The position involves managing schedules, processing expenses and billing, making travel arrangements, and handling other reservations. A key part of the role includes administering and assisting with the production, editing, and distribution of complex client or Firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and work plans. The administrative assistant will also be responsible for scheduling and organizing meetings, including reserving conference rooms, arranging for necessary equipment, and setting up conference calls. Distributing agendas, project lists, minutes, and reports in preparation for meetings is also a responsibility. The role requires managing the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for respective team members, including various reporting functions. Preparing various forms and workflows, such as new client forms, job codes, and check requests, is also part of the duties. Additionally, the administrative assistant will monitor partner team training schedules and CPE reporting, and provide backup support to other administrative assistants as needed. Any other office duties as required will also be part of the role.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 3 or more years of experience working in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality.
  • Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsibilities
