Riverbend Community Mental Health is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and service-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Administration Team. This role is more than a reception or clerical position; as an Administrative Assistant at Riverbend, you’ll be an important part of the infrastructure that keeps a complex behavioral health organization moving. You will support new employees and clinical credentialing, assist Finance, Training, Human Resources, and Senior Leadership, and your work will touch many areas of the organization. If you are organized, resourceful, service-oriented, and looking for a role where every day brings something different, we’d love to hear from you. At Riverbend, administrative professionals play an important role in creating an organized, welcoming, and efficient environment for our employees, visitors, and the individuals and families we serve. Your work will directly support the teams providing essential behavioral health and community-based services throughout our region. This position offers the opportunity to be a key point of contact for Riverbend’s Administration Team, work across multiple administrative functions, develop valuable experience in healthcare and behavioral health administration, contribute to employee engagement, agency events, training initiatives, and organizational projects, and make a meaningful impact behind the scenes by helping the people and teams who support our mission operate effectively.
