Our diverse client base spans multiple industries and provides opportunities to work with clients ranging from professional athletes to business executives. Balani Custom Clothiers currently has established markets in fourteen cities nationwide, and we are looking to expand our national team of custom stylists/sales associates to meet the ever-growing demand for our services.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Receptionist reflecting a strong grasp of administrative and operational functions
Social media experience across multiple platforms
Tech savvy; experience with various office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, projectors. Along with a solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite

Responsibilities

Support daily operations of the Denver showroom
Coordinate shipping and receiving of items in/out to clients and other locations
Order accessories, inventory and supplies for the showroom
Unpack, label, track and organize garments in the showroom; coordinate with our local tailor and dry cleaner to ensure a seamless process
Meet-and-greet clients creating a welcoming and professional environment
Coordinate appointment scheduling for potential clients
Manage incoming inquiries, phone calls and email communications directing them to the appropriate employee
Assist the Denver Showroom and marketing team with social media accounts (including refreshing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), sharing details about upcoming events and exciting news within the Balani community
Data entry (new books)
Must have ability to manage online CRM
Assist with additional company projects
