Requirements

  • Must have experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Must have experience with inventory management.
  • Must have experience with shipping and receiving.
  • Must have experience with food and beverage inspection.
  • Must have experience with month-end and quarterly inventories.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining a safe environment within the warehouse.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and records.
  • Organizing Stock Requests, and ensuring they are placed on the log to fulfill requests by employees.
  • Reporting all/any incorrect information on Stock Requests and PO’s to Management within a timely manner.
  • Closing out Stock Requests as they are turned in by employees within Warehouse systems.
  • Receiving in PO’s based on what the vendor delivers to Warehouse.
  • Verify appropriate receipt of all items delivered; verifies quantities ordered, physical conditions, and specification of products before stored or delivered to a department.
  • Any deliveries without a purchase order must be investigated and mostly rejected at receiving.
  • Inspect food quality at receiving using best judgement and ensures all food & beverage deliveries are received in conjunction with the order forms.
  • Maintain departmental shipping/receiving logs to ensure accurate tracking.
  • All purchasing orders must state the status of the delivery (i.e., open, received, partial).
  • Ensure all Receiving Reports are completed daily in a timely manner.
  • Assist with all month end and quarterly inventories of non-food and food & beverage.
