About The Position

The Temporary Staff 7 assists the University in meeting its short-term business demands by providing required services for a limited period of time. Additionally, the Temporary Staff 7 facilitates the meeting of goals and deadlines for the assigned division(s) in furtherance of the University’s overall goals and objectives. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience, certification or license
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
  • Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clerical, research, professional, administrative or technical support to the staff members of the assigned division.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Meets or exceeds applicable goals and objectives set by managing staff.
  • Develops effective working relationships with co-workers and other staff.
  • Informs managing staff of any issues encountered in the performance of work functions.
  • Completes special projects and assignments in an efficient and timely fashion.
  • Leverages skills and abilities for the benefit of the University.
  • Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
