About The Position

Provide administrative support to facility management to ensure efficient operation of the facility. This role is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. The Administrative Assistant will effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and in a timely manner. They will attend meetings and take accurate minutes. This position may be responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing, and may direct and lead the work of others or manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities. The role involves creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and preparing presentations, reports, and documents as needed. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will answer telephones, take messages, or transfer calls, and may cover the reception desk. Calendar management, scheduling appointments, updating calendars, and arranging staff meetings are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
