About The Position

We are looking for an organized, detail orientated Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations at our fast-paced and fun amusement park. This role is essential while contributing to an enjoyable experience for both staff and our guests.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years if administrative or office experience
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, entertainment or tourism industries
  • Basic scheduling experience
  • Familiarity with office management systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the park management and department teams
  • Answer phone, respond to emails and handle general inquiries
  • Maintain schedules, calendars and meeting coordination
  • Assist employees with onboarding, paperwork and record keeping
  • Manage a filing system and data entry with accuracy
  • Coordinate internal communications across departments
  • Support event planning and park promotions as needed
  • Handle ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Assist with guest services and support when needed
