Requirements

  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be within commutable distance and feel comfortable working 100% on-site.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional interaction with staff, agents, visitors, and carriers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer focused.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems.

  • Must reside and be authorized to work in USA.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail, including packages and correspondence.
  • Scan, organize, and file physical and digital documents, ensuring proper archiving and easy access.
  • Shred confidential documents in accordance with company policies and privacy regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including common areas, conference rooms, break rooms etc.
  • Assist with routine office tasks such as copying, faxing, and data entry as needed.
  • Assist with various office projects or tasks as assigned.
