The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission: We unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of our Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. Requirements

Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire

Experience with quality assurance and risk management

Responsibilities

Greets telephone callers and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
Supervises and evaluates children assigned to them through the youth employment program
Maintains client records ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information
Assists the Clinical Director with the program’s financial processes
