The Administrative Assistant will report to the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and provide administrative support to the CDO and the entire development team and clients they serve. This role involves assisting the CDO with various tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, filing, documentation, and travel arrangements. The assistant will also handle administrative duties such as creating presentations, copying, binding, scanning, and taking meeting notes. Additionally, the role requires proofreading and editing materials, responding to inquiries, and maintaining physical and electronic files. The Administrative Assistant will represent the CDO internally and externally, support the development team with coordination and preparation, and assist with planned giving strategies and loan closing processes. The position also involves supporting loan servicing functions, maintaining insurance compliance records, and ensuring accurate data entry in the loan system. A key aspect of the role is delivering excellent service, working collaboratively with team members, and coordinating events, which may occasionally occur outside regular business hours. All other duties deemed necessary will also be part of the responsibilities.
