This role involves greeting visitors, serving as a receptionist, managing various reports and permits, coordinating plan reviews, managing work orders and building schedules, updating the website, processing payments, ordering supplies, and performing data entry. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate degree in Administrative Services or a related field preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience with office systems and procedures, 3 years as an administrative assistant, and 1 year of customer service experience are required. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, computers, email, and the internet is also necessary. The successful candidate must possess a valid Utah Driver's License with a good driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and driving record review. This position is subject to a six-month probationary period.
