Piedmont Community Services is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to the Behavioral Health Division. This position will serve as the central point of contact for agency purchasing, receive all packages at the main office, assist with vehicle maintenance reports and assist with taking meeting minutes for the clinical department as needed. This position will provide support to the budget specialist with coding as needed. The position will coordinate meetings between clinical departments and outside agencies as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as typing skills are required. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position.
