The Administrative Assistant provides critical support to the Study Abroad team in the Global Experience Office (GEO) and serves as the front line for exceptional customer service. The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for student communication and is accountable for ensuring consistent, quality responses to the general office phone number, email, and walk-ins. This role manages staffing at the GEO Front Desk and serves as the primary escalation point for all front desk issues. The Administrative Assistant must have exceptional organizational skills and demonstrate sound judgment in appropriately responding to inquiries and connecting the inquirer with the applicable team member or unit. This role also requires the ability to balance high-volume customer service with regular reporting and database maintenance responsibilities.
