About The Position

Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Broken Arrow, located on the 3rd floor of Ascension St. John, is a long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital specializing in the treatment of patients recovering from post-intensive care and medically complex conditions. Our hospital provides both intensive care and telemetry-level services, offering advanced monitoring and support for patients requiring extended medical care. With a multidisciplinary team dedicated to personalized treatment plans, we focus on helping patients achieve significant recovery and transition to the next level of care.

Requirements

  • Must read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Must have good and regular attendance.
  • One year of Administrative secretarial experience.

Responsibilities

  • Initiating and coordinating the clerical and secretarial functions required of an administrative office such as managing correspondence and word processing, making travel arrangements, answering telephone and e-mail inquiries, organizing meetings and files.
  • Assists the CEO/COO or assigned Department Leader with routine administrative office function support services.
  • Ordering supplies; completes and authorizes requisitions.
  • Compiling and organizing data for annual department budget.
  • Monitoring and reconciling expenditures of budgeted funds.
  • Putting together data from different sources for special projects; prepares reports.
  • Maintaining procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow.
  • Performing secretarial duties, typing, correspondence, preparing reports and emails.
  • Maintaining departmental records, files, policy, and procedures manuals.
  • Maintaining a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments.
  • Being a resource person both within the department and to other departments.
  • Scheduling meetings between departments, directors/managers.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all patients and/or employee information.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
