About The Position

We are seeking dependable and highly organized Administrative Assistants to support a 24/7 workforce housing facility serving a data center project. This role is central to the daily operations of the camp, serving as the primary point of contact for workers, contractors, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment where accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication are essential. Because this is a 24/7 operational site, candidates must be fully flexible and willing to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or office support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to work on-site full time
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English to interact with staff, visitors and vendors and to complete required documentation accurately.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in workforce housing, construction support, hotel/hospitality, military, or industrial site operations
  • Experience supporting a 24/7 facility or shift-based environment
  • Familiarity with access control or visitor management systems

Responsibilities

  • Check in and check out workers and contractors
  • Assign and track room assignments and housing occupancy
  • Store and manage luggage for arriving and departing guests, as needed
  • Provide orientation information to new arrivals
  • Assist residents with general support needs during their stay
  • Maintain accurate occupancy records and housing logs
  • Track arrivals, departures, and room assignments
  • Prepare daily reports on occupancy, staffing, and activity, as needed
  • Support use of site management system for tracking occupancy and access
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the facility
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Assist with package handling and mail distribution
  • Support general front desk operations and guest services
  • Verify access credentials for entry into the facility
  • Maintain visitor and contractor logs
  • Follow all site security and access control procedures
  • Escalate issues or incidents to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive workforce and operational information
