About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the office and management. This includes processing correspondence, maintaining databases and lists, preparing summaries and reports, and scheduling meetings. The role also involves managing office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and assisting with filing and document retention. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will work on special projects as assigned and perform other related duties.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in secretary function.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Process correspondence via email and print.
  • Maintain databases of company contacts.
  • Maintain email lists and other company lists.
  • Prepare written summaries of data when needed.
  • Prepare reports from multiple sources.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for managers or supervisors.
  • Assist with filings and document retention as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Work on special projects with Executive Assistants or other assigned supervisors as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
