About The Position

The Orlando office of Nelson Mullins is looking for a new Administrative Assistant to join their Affordable Housing team. This position plays a large part in the team's success by ensuring no details are missed while processing documents for multiple closings using a thorough checklist system. The role involves maintaining calendars, scheduling client meetings, processing expenses and dictation, arranging travel, and recordkeeping. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with internal and external communication, prioritize incoming information, and draft appropriate memos.
