Requirements

  • Ability to interact professionally with customers, lenders, and team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of Office Administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to manage workflow proficiently

  • New Home Builder Experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ordering blueprints, surveys, and other necessary documents for homebuilding permit applications
  • Maintain an accurate permit tracking report
  • Following up weekly on permit applications
  • Drop off and pick up homebuilding permit applications (reliable transportation required)
  • Work alongside third-party relationships such as lenders, permit authorities, title agents, and trade partners
  • Welcomes clients and on-site visitors cheerfully and professionally; determines the nature of their visit and announces guests to appropriate personnel
  • Answers incoming telephone calls promptly in a polite, professional manner. Determine the purpose of calls, and forward them appropriately while monitoring staff availability
  • Assist customers and other team members
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Oversee and assist in ordering clerical supply inventory for the model home and office
