The Safety Administrative Assistant supports the Safety Director in the coordination and execution of the company’s safety programs and compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate safety records, assisting with regulatory reporting, and ensuring timely communication of safety-related information across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in promoting a culture of safety by providing administrative support, tracking incidents and training, and helping ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and company safety regulations.
