This is a PRN position with shift coverage on an as-needed basis. The Administrative Assistant will maintain and keep orderly and up-to-date files in relation to Behavioral Health Services, complete reports, assessments, and paperwork, and ensure all records meet standards, regulations, policies, and procedures. The role involves coordinating the preparation and typing of programmatic material, reports, meeting minutes, staff evaluations, mailings, and correspondence. The assistant will perform routine clerical duties, assist in front desk/medical records responsibilities, and ensure professional and courteous communications. They will serve as support and an informational liaison, create and file paperwork, maintain required trainings, and demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and agency policies. Driving and travel may be required.
