About The Position

This is a full-time Administrative Assistant position in Behavioral Health, located at Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre. The role operates on a day shift, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. The position requires two years of related work experience and a High School Diploma or GED. The Administrative Assistant will support the department director and managers through various organizational and communication tasks. This includes managing phone calls, organizing meetings and schedules, producing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, reconciling expense reports, assisting with projects, and providing direct administrative support. The role is typically performed in an office environment, and the employee is accountable for job-specific obligations and organizational policies. Responsibilities
