About The Position

McGregor Baptist Church is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations in a Christ-centered environment. This role assists with onboarding, employee records, recruiting support, compliance tracking, scheduling, and general HR administrative duties while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Must scan fingerprints

Nice To Haves

  • 2–4 years of administrative or HR experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Canva
  • Experience with HRIS systems
