As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking to engage with exceptional Administrative Assistants to provide high‑impact administrative support to senior professionals and their teams across the firm. These roles are based in our New York office and require in‑office attendance Monday through Thursday. The successful candidates will operate as trusted partners to the business, demonstrating sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑moving, institutional environment. Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience within financial services preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and event management platforms a plus
  • Proven experience coordinating extensive international travel
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion
  • Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex scheduling for client, prospect, and internal meetings, partnering closely with executives, clients, prospects, and internal administrative teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Prepare and organize materials for external client and prospect engagements
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and support related expense reporting processes
  • Support conference and event logistics, including registration, payment processing, attendee tracking, and coordination with conference organizers
  • Maintain and update contact records within CRM systems and generate reports as needed
  • Collaborate with the broader administrative team to support firmwide initiatives and evolving business needs
  • Provide support on special projects and ad hoc requests as required
