Administrative Assistant - Sales and Marketing

In this unique and enriching environment, we offer Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes, as well as a skilled Health Center where we provide our residents with quality care and services. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant - Sales and Marketing to provide administrative, sales, and marketing support for our community.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year related administrative, sales support, marketing support, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Experience in a professional office setting or hospitality environment where strong communication, customer relations, and telephone skills are essential
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Comfort learning and using databases, customer relationship management systems, and other sales tracking tools
- Positive, service-focused approach with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, visitors, and associates
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community contacts
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and maintaining calendars
- Assist with inquiry follow-up, lead tracking, data entry, and database updates
- Prepare, organize, and maintain sales and marketing records, reports, files, and collateral materials
- Support community events, tours, mailings, and outreach activities as needed
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression of Meadow Ridge
- Partner with team members to ensure timely communication and excellent customer service throughout the sales process
