Who you are: As an Administrative Assistant – Regional President, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments for our Regional President. You enjoy building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You can prioritize projects, resolve problems, and analyze complex information requests. Most importantly, this role is about providing top-quality support and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes complex information requests
  • Composes straightforward written descriptions of results
