We are seeking an Administrative Assistant – Quality to support our Vice President, Quality Assurance and Corporate Quality Team. This role is ideal for a healthcare or clinical quality administrator who thrives in structured, purpose‑driven environments and wants to contribute to system‑wide quality and safety initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President, Quality Assurance, the Administrative Assistant – Quality plays a vital role in supporting clinical quality, governance, and improvement initiatives across the organization. You will be a key connector between site leaders, quality specialists, and corporate leadership — helping to ensure excellence in documentation, communication, and coordination. This role blends administrative expertise with healthcare quality insight, making it well-suited for candidates with experience in clinical administration, quality programs, healthcare leadership support, or regulatory environments.
