Requirements

  • Associate degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to plan and organize work
  • Effective Time Management skills to prioritize work efficiently
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools efficiently
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written effectively
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Create reports for various audiences, keeping in mind the purpose of the report.
  • Effectively use standard office equipment and software to support business processes.
  • Plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet organizational objectives.
  • Produce, update, and provide best practice support on complex Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues as needed and using expertise to help improve processes.
  • Understand customer context and uncover customer KPIs.
  • Utilize calendar and scheduling tools to support prioritization for self and others that you support.
  • Articulate the importance of digital communication, explain different digital communication channels, create positive customer emails, practice common sense guidelines on social media, and understand Service Data Privacy and Security Compliance.
  • Communicate confidently during service interaction, set appropriate expectations, and provide relevant product/service updates.
  • Plan and manage project work assignments within desired cost, time and quality parameters.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
  • Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
  • Analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision making.
  • Understand, evaluate, use, and engage with digital technology and information, as well as create and share digital content, while being aware of essentials like safety, privacy and ethical considerations.
  • May support multiple departments or entire business units.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
