SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Logistics Assistant to support its Sheridan, Wyoming operations and field staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized problem solver with strong communication skills, dedicated to supporting a diverse team of technical specialists for smooth and efficient operations. This position is responsible for providing supporting to our Operations Administrator in office administrative support, office reception, travel logistics coordination, document production, project and business development coordination, and potentially serve as an office safety representative. This is a temporary, hourly, non-exempt position, starting in June 2026 and running until the end of August 2026. This role will be based out of the Sheridan, Wyoming office and will report into our Operations Administrator for the Sheridan office.
