About The Position

This position provides administrative support to the Research Education and Information (REI) and the Conflicts of Interest Research Offices. The incumbent performs diversified administrative tasks with discretion and independent judgment, including administrative and research compliance support. Duties will encompass routine assignments from supervisors as well as special projects on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Independently maintains both supervisors' calendars; schedules various meetings for both teams/programs, including faculty committee meetings, and educational events and classes; assists with planning and providing logistical support for events and large meetings; frequently sends routine communications to the research community.
  • Performs data entry and generates compliance reports: tracks attendance for educational events; generates various status reports weekly, monthly, and annually; processes requests for compliance reviews and triages to the appropriate team member; corrects data entry errors based on monthly exception reports.
  • Assists with system testing related to upgrades, enhancements, and training content for both programs.
  • Coordinates onboarding of new staff, manage supply orders for teams, and assist with suite support.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
