This role sits at the center of daily operations within the Service & Repair (S&R) site, supporting the teams that keep Medtronic devices functioning reliably for hospitals and patients. As a key operational partner, you will help ensure the service center runs smoothly by coordinating purchasing activities, supporting inventory accuracy, reviewing operational reports, and assisting with a variety of site initiatives. Your work helps connect service, manufacturing, and support functions so teams have the information, resources, and coordination they need to perform at their best. The position offers a dynamic environment where priorities evolve throughout the day and collaboration is constant. You may find yourself welcoming visitors and supporting onboarding activities, helping resolve purchasing or invoice questions, assisting with inventory updates, or preparing reports that help leaders understand operational performance. By staying organized, communicating effectively with shop floor teams, and adapting quickly to new tools and processes, you play an important role in maintaining an efficient, well‑run service center that supports Medtronic’s mission of delivering reliable technology for patient care. At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.
