About The Position

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant II to provide high-level support for project teams and departmental operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating information flow, and supporting reporting and documentation efforts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–6 years of administrative/clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting complex projects or programs
  • Experience with Adobe and database systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to teams and project staff
  • Manage project files, documentation, and information flow
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain program data, test reports, and compliance documentation
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project needs
