About The Position

C&N is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to provide administrative support to the Credit Department while also assisting members of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, you will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating schedules, preparing documents and reports, managing communications, and supporting special projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, managing multiple priorities, and making life easier for those around them.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 2–4 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Multitasking and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to support multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Credit Department and Executive Leadership Team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and coordinating daily activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, track action items, and assist with department and organizational projects.
  • Maintain accurate files, reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation while ensuring information is organized and readily accessible.
  • Draft correspondence, respond to inquiries, coordinate travel arrangements, and serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with presentations, reports, office supply management, and other administrative initiatives that support efficient department operations.
