The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include general administrative tasks such as event coordination, making travel and meeting arrangements, gathering, documenting and preparing reports, preparing financial data, and various customer relations duties. This position requires strong analytical, as well as computer skills, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management. This includes staff, analysts, and internal and external customers.
