Under general supervision, this position provides frontline customer service and administrative support for the Engineering and Public Works Departments, including assisting at the front desk, responding to public inquiries, and supporting daily office operations. Logs citizen concerns/complaints into the database, collecting payments, issuing Right-of-Way and Land Development Permits, receives plans, and any related tasks as necessary. Performs a range of clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, and correspondence. Tasks are mainly recurring in nature and are performed in a structured environment with established procedures and practices.
