The Administrative Assistant I provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This includes activities related to support of senior leadership as required. Main duties will include communication with both internal and external stakeholders, updating procedures and providing documentation, creating reports and mail merges, assisting with special activities such as employee birthday recognition, processing claims and payments for specific products, and overall clerical support including recordkeeping and data entry.
