Provides part-time administrative support to the VCFA Department and the Coordinator, Executive Operations. This role also involves backing up the A-1 front desk, greeting employees, answering phones, scanning documents, managing supply inventory, processing documents, sending emails, and scheduling room reservations. The position requires adherence to College values, a professional image, excellent communication and proofreading skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
